Our executive coaching programs are based on a collaborative relationship between the executive and the organisation to identify and achieve a mutually agreed set of goals. Key milestones are set to ensure change is accomplished. Components include (but are not limited to):
- collation of assessment data and feedback to establish development priorities using tools such as 360 Degree Reviews, or other psychometric tools such as CPI, DiSC and MBTI;
- implementation of a measureable action plan; and
